For the meantime, could each image in the services section, when clicked, go to a new tab like a blog post?

If each image could be linked to that same link, opening in a new tab, that would be a great middle ground for me at the moment. Would that feature require a servicing cost?
Then on Monday I can find out whether my friend wants to put more money into the website.
